    - Wendy Armstrong contacted me, and I'm so glad that she did. We would rate her an A+, as she is a diligent, hard-working professional, who listened and understood our concerns. It didn't matter to her that we needed to sign a contract at 11pm her time or that we looked at houses for months. She always made us feel that we were her top priority, and she is an excellent negotiator. We HIGHLY recommend her and her stellar work!! Wendy always was detailed. She emailed both us and the other agent a timeline. She would check on paperwork and make sure that the other agent was timely. Probably the best thing (and there were many) about Wendy is that she was always accessible to us. We had an agent in D.C. for selling our house there, and in comparing Wendy to this other agent, Wendy always took our calls or called right back. We never had to remind Wendy about deadlines, as she was checking in with us--she had to relay information to both of us since I was still back in D.C., but I always felt up-to-date on matters concerning our house purchase. This is our fifth house purchase and fourth house sale, and by far, Wendy has been the best realtor we have worked with.
